你好,欢迎来到这个空间,我是 Coach Ciao,是一名ICF认证的专业级PCC教练。

我从2019年开始从业,至今拥有 1500+ 小时教练经验,长期担任国际知名教练平台签约教练,也曾为世界500强及上市企业提供培训、工作坊与分享。过去这些年我曾在新西兰与中国两地长期生活与工作,跨国的生活经历让我对个体在不同文化、关系与工作生活压力中的挣扎、适应与成长,有更真实的体会。

无论你的处境看起来多么舒适,活着本身都不容易。除了生命本身带来的生老病死造成的痛苦之外,可能让人烦扰、受折磨的东西太多了:压力、焦虑、悲伤、倦怠、成瘾、愤怒、冒名顶替综合征等等(清单可无限延长)。更别提各种诡谲莫辩的外部世界了。在过去这些年的工作和自己的不断成长中,我愈发意识到一件事:我们的很多内耗、情绪反复和关系里的各种痛苦,并不只来自事情本身,而是来自长期形成的心理惯性:一些对自己无益的看问题的角度,过度思虑、自我否定、情绪反应、执着控制和内在拉扯等。

因此我不仅关注如何让人“表现更好”,更关心如何真正的减少你的痛苦。

从2019年开始,我持续练习内观、打坐、正念冥想,CBT,ACT, IFS, 体感式教练与其他种种身心调整方法。对我来说,这些不是某种神秘信仰,而是一些科学且实际的训练。我亲身体验到,人心和思维具有惊人的可塑性。通过正确的方法反复训练,一个人确实可以发展出更多智慧,让自己更轻松的看问题的角度,越来越不被情绪牵着走,可以看见自己的念头、反应和惯性,活出清澈、明亮、清爽、稳定、自洽喜悦的状态。

它不是运气,也不只是天赋,它是一种可以学习的能力。那些让我们痛苦的心理惯性本质上都是可以被看见、被理解、也可以被训练和松动的思维模式。过去这些年,我也亲眼见过许多客户通过持续而正确的训练,慢慢从焦虑、拉扯、自我否定和混乱里走出来,变得更安定、更清明,也更能真实心安地活着。

我的工作结合现代教练方式、心理学、正念与生活智慧,帮助人们看清困住自己的模式,一些无益的思维方式,减少内耗,提升幸福力,建立更稳定、更自由、更有力量的内在状态。

Hello and welcome. I’m Coach Ciao, an ICF PCC-certified coach.

I have been coaching since 2019 and have accumulated over 1,500 hours of coaching experience. I’ve worked as a long-term coach with a well-known international coaching platform and have also delivered trainings, workshops, and talks for Fortune 500 and publicly listed companies. Over the years, I have lived and worked extensively in both New Zealand and China. This cross-cultural experience has given me a grounded understanding of how people struggle, adapt, and grow under different cultural expectations, relationship dynamics, and work-life pressures.

No matter how comfortable your circumstances, being alive is not easy. Beyond the inevitable pain that comes with being human—aging, illness, loss, and death—the list of things that trouble us is long: stress, anxiety, sadness, burnout, addiction, anger, imposter syndrome, and much more. Not to mention the uncertainty and chaos of the world around us.

Through both my own growth and years of working closely with clients, I’ve come to see something clearly: much of our suffering does not come only from what happens to us, but from the mental habits we develop over time: unhelpful ways of seeing things, overthinking, self-criticism, emotional reactivity, the need to control- just to name a few. These patterns quietly shape how we experience life, relationships, and ourselves.

That is why I care not only about helping people perform better, but about helping people suffer less.

Since 2019, I have been deeply engaged in practices and methods that support inner transformation, including Vipassana, meditation, mindfulness, CBT, ACT, IFS, somatic coaching, and other mind-body approaches. To me, these are not mystical beliefs. They are practical, trainable, and increasingly supported by science.

I have experienced firsthand how deeply the mind can change – with the right kind of training, we can develop greater clarity, wisdom, emotional balance, and freedom. We can learn to relate to life with more ease, become less driven by our emotions, and become more aware of our thoughts, reactions, and conditioning. Over time, it is possible to cultivate a way of being that feels clearer, lighter, steadier, more joyful, and more deeply at home within yourself.

This is not luck. And it is not reserved for a gifted few. It is a skill that can be learned.

The mental patterns that create suffering can be seen, understood, softened, and gradually transformed. Over the years, I have seen many clients move out of anxiety, inner conflict, self-doubt, and confusion through steady and skillful practice, and into a life that feels calmer, clearer, and more grounded.

My work integrates modern coaching, psychology, mindfulness, and practical life wisdom. I help people recognize the patterns and thought habits that keep them stuck, reduce inner friction, build emotional resilience, and create a more stable, free and empowered inner life.
